Silent mid tower for cheap?

Hey guys I'm putting together my i7 920 comp and I need to choose a case, I'm looking for a case that is a mid tower that doesn't cost a lot and if possible help my comp be silent.

Any suggestions? Here is what I found so far.

None of those listed will help to keep it quiet, while Sunbeam almost avoids cheese grater syndrome side still leaks noise and hard HDD mounting will cause vibration induced noise. (and top position heats PSU unnecessarily)
