I'm deciding to go water cooling over air cause i just know in the future i'll go water anyway, so i'm trying not to waste cash and just get the water cooling now.

I have:
CPU: AMD 955
MOBO: GB 790GPT-UD3H
GPU: Sapphire 6950 (reference, can be unlocked)

I have a Lian Li A05NB, so fitting everything will be hard. Try and recommend me parts that are suitable

Looking to spend around $400. Looking to cool both CPU and GPU

Going for best silent/performance ratio. More on the silent factor though. But of course, looking for exceptional performance. Little maintenance as possible if possible

Here are my general thoughts: (mind the Australia stores and prices)
CPU: EK-Supreme HF Acetal Nickel $89 (GAM)
GPU: EK-FC6970 V2 Acetal+Nickel $124 (GAM)
RAD: XSPC RX240 Radiator $86.50 (GAM)
RAD2: XSPC RX120 Radiator $59.95 (GAM)
FAN: 3x Gentle Typhoon 1850rpm (w/ fan controller) $75 (PCCG)
PUMP: Laing D5 $119 (PCCG)
RES: EK-D5 X-RES TOP 140 - Black Acetal $83.40 (GAM)
FIT= Barbs - haven't looked at
TUBE: Primochill - haven't looked at

Total so far: $664.35

EK is one of my favorite brand I use to have danger den cpu block but never again!

If you're not overclocking anything, then that setup should be enough to cool your system. I had my 965 OC 3.8 ghz and 2 GTX 275's cooled by a thermaltake 2x120 and swiftech 1x120 once, I got decent temps with everything stressed out to the max.
