Silent, high static pressure fan?

Recommend some fans to replace the ones that come with an H80. As I understand static pressure is more imp than cfm for radiators. I'm also not sure if they need to be PWM to work with the H80's builtin fan controller?

How are the Enermax Silence T.B. fans? I want to keep the price low.
 
I didn't think the T.B. Silence fans had great static pressure? That said.. I use the Blue LED version on my H100 and love it. They are quiet and do a good enough job for my rig. Gentle Typhoons and varios Delta models are great with static pressure. They get pricey though.
