Ok which is the quitest fans? They to go on my water coolering rad.I can adjust with my zalman fan controller. So will adjust down as far as can. How low will the yate ones go rpm wise? will the low and high speed yates turn down as low as each other or will the low speed ones spin lower? I want to make my setup as quite as possible for the evenings. I dont mind it beoing louder when im overclocking and playing games as long as its silent at night.
