silent cooling for P4E

I have a P4E 3.0 that I want to cool, but the stock HSF sounds like a blow dryer. What is the best recommended HSF fan combo to keep this thing cool, but also very quiet. I plan no overclocking, I just want it quiet and within acceptible limits. Thanks.

Any of the big coolers from Zalman should do the job, as should any of the top of the line models from Swiftech or Thermalright, along with a Panaflo low flow fan.
