Silent case fans

I've got a pair of COOLER MASTER R4-L2S-122B-GP 120mm 4 BLUE LED LED Case Fan inside a Cooler Masyer 590 case. However in order to get them to push any air and start to cool down the case they need to be pushed to the max and at that point I can here them very loudly. Can Anyone recomend a fan that will push more air than this but stay silent?

Using Yate Loon low speeds currently in my Lian Li PC-A05B (small case, system specs in sig) and I feel more airflow coming out the exhaust, yet cannot hear the computer. Very impressed.

Edit: Yate Loon fans can be had VERY cheap. I bought a 4-pack for 19.99 shipped from yesbuy.net - the site looks a little shady, but I assure you they are not. I ordered on monday, received on Friday, bought a four pack like I said for 19.99 w/ free shipping. The fans are OEM so no packaging / screws, but work like a charm. Here's a link to what I ordered:

Yate loons are amazing. I have the high speeds, and I cannot hear them. My PSU fan is CRAZY loud tho, so that's the next thing to go.

S Flex are great but a little expensive the Scythe Slipstreams are also really good and a little more reasonable priced and have a really good airflow to dB ratio.

But the S Flex are suppose to last much longer then the Slipstreams. S Flex @ 15,000 hours the slipstreams are not suppose to last nearly as long as that.

I've got some AC Ryan 120mm. To me their silent. But then again...noise doesn't bother me.

The consensus at SPCR ( silentpcreview) is that the scythe slipstreams are excellent bang for the buck.

My Nexus Real Silent fans are relatively quiet undervolted, but don't push a ton of air. Worse, they have two four-pin Molex connectors in addition to the three-bin mobo connector, so they restrict airflow.

Yea I looked at that before I made the purchase. I heard about the deal on slickdeals.net and obviously am not going to give my credit card information and/or permission to charge to someone who I don't have confidence in. I read the slickdeals post and found that a lot of people at least on that site had, contrary to that review, had good experiences with yesbuy.net after that I called the site in person to talk to them (always makes me feel a little more comfortable) and confirm that what I was ordering was in fact what I thought it was. After all that I felt confident, and like I said had a good experience.

My Yate Loons had them too. Cut them off and wrap some electrical tape around them. (At your own risk - make sure they're wired properly to allow the fans to still work)
