My amd 3000+ and ati 850xt are in need to quiet down a bit, specially at load, and both need to overclock a little bit too, I'm planning to get an affordable, nothing flashy cooling solution for both. I've checked out Arctic Cooling's products but those are only good at keeping quiet and do not support overclocking that well. Zalman products are just as good but are priced a bit higher, maybe because they look cool. I am planning to use this computer as an HTPC so less noise + more power is what i'm shooting for. No watercooling as it is too expensive for me.
