Silego PLL Overclocking software (i.e. cpufsb)

I got my new core 2 duo computer at work. It's a Precision 390.

My last Dell was a p4 and I was able to OC that using the cpufsb software.
It had an ICS PLL.

My new PC has a Silego PLL chip which I can't find any support on.

Any ideas if anyone has softOC'd with this PLL?

Have you tried Clockgen? It may have support for that PLL.

No one seems to have heard of this particular PLL.

Did anyone ever find software to control the Silego PLL? I have a Precision 390 as well and would like to push it farther for folding.
