I got folding at home on my ibook,and the other night let it run and when i woke up there was a visualization but it said 0 things folded....is that normal, ie does it take hours and hours and hours to fold a protein?
 
Yeah it can take a while on some of these proteins... There are several that take me 2+ days to complete.



 
Forget the visual...check the F@H folder and read the log file. It will tell you if there's any progress.
