Side Panel fans Question

So basically, I have two spaces for side panel fans, and I have two fans laying around I could put there. But Im confused on whether I should put them there or not and whether they should be intake or exhaust. Im also a bit afraid that I may have too many fans. I currently have 3 fans in my system. One 120mm rear exhaust fan, One 120mm intake fan, and One 140mm top exhaust fan. I think I'll be okay if I add two more on the side as intakes, but I want some other opinions about this. So what do you guys think
 
I'd go ahead and use them if you're ok with any increased noise levels that might come with it. I would recommend they be installed as intake, there really isn't a downside to it. They will provide additional cooling to your system components (your GPU will probably benefit the most as it is likely very near to those fans).

Additionally, with those extra intake fans, you will likely have positive air pressure which will aid in keeping dust out of your system.
