Side panel fan with water cooled CPU

I want to install a 120 or 140mm fan on the side panel but i'm reading recommendations for intake while others say exhaust.

I have a front intake and top exhaust fan already installed.

What do you guys consider best for a system that has a water cooled CPU?

If you have a top exhaust fan, just make it another intake. The only problem with side fans is they tend to suck in tons of dust and make it that much more annoying to clean.There are foam filters you can use, but they can detract from aesthetics if you're concerned about it.
