Hello everyone, I have a Coolermaster Wavemaster case with a Geforce 7800GTX which helps to restrict the flow of cool air from the bottom to the top of the case. I've decided to cut out a hole and install a 120mm fan into the side panel of the case. However, I'm not sure where the best placement would be. If I put it over the cpu heatsink, it would have around 5mm clearance between the 120mm fan and the heatsink fan, and the only airflow would probably be to the cpu. I'd prefer to place it in a position so both the cpu and motherboard could benefit from it, so I was thinking half way over the heatsink and half way over the ram as shown in the picture. Would this be ideal for maximum airflow over the cpu and the motherboard? Cheers
p.s. although the cables look as if they are restricting the airflow, they are actually towards the side panel of the case with a large space between the motherboard and the cables.
