Side case fan

On my case for a P4 2.4 msi 478 socket I have some heat issues. While trying to make sure my air flow was correct I noticed my side 120 side fan is working as exhaust as well as my 2 rear 80 fans. Should my side fan be blowing in. I dont have a front fan as my case doesnt appear to have room for a front fan.(May be able to change that). My cpu fan and heatsink blows air towards the back where my exhaust fans are. Also, is it possible my harddrive could get to hot where it would shut down my computer? Thanks for any input.

If all your fans are exhaust(I think that is what you are trying to say?)
make your 12cm fan intake and your temps should improve.;)

your hard drive should be fine inside the case. It could get hotter than most people would like seeing, but not hot enough to cause noticable problems (except possibly shorter lifespan). I can see how the case focused on exhaust, since it can always draft air in through the other back vents and front ones. As I understand it, positive pressure can be more of a problem, since it can lead to extremely poor circulation causing heat to not leave. However, if you're having a temperature situation, definitely try flipping the side around and see what happens. What are your temps like anyway that make you question them?

Not sure of my exact tempts. My problem is after 3-4 hours gaming my computer would reboot but would not get back into windows. It would just keep booting back to "would I like to go to safe mode" I could get into bios but that was about it. I then took off the side panel and a minute later it would boot up. My ram would feel pretty warm inside and I read some articles about air flow. I believe thats my problem or hope it is. I turned the side fan around now so it blows air into the tower. Didnt get to really test it yet today but hope to later. I also moved my tower as it was sitting low inside a semi enclosed space. I know have it at just under desk height to the side. I already replaced my cpu fan and heatsink. So after this I dont know what could be the problem.
