SI-128 vs. SI-128 SE

Each fin has a bunch of holes through them.
The SI128SE seems to have a lot more mounting accessories than the SI128. The SI128SE uses a bolt through with backplate for LGA775, whereas the SI128 just uses push-pins.

Otherwise, they seem fairly similar (dimension, weight).
 
The SE might be a little bit better, but there isn't a big difference between the two. The design is mostly identical. If you already have the SI-128 it wouldn't be worth buying the SE to replace it, but if you're buying a new cooler and have to decide between the two, you may as well get the SE if it's around the same price.
