Does anyone know if shuttle will RMA an XPC psu alone, instead of having to ship the WHOLE thing?

I have no idea - but how do you know that the PSU didn't take the rest of the shuttle's components with it when it died?

If it is under their one year warranty, then yes, they will. Just tell them in the RMA instructions that you wish to ship the defective component. A lot of folks over at SFFTECH were complaining that when their mobo's had to be replaced on the SN45 v2's cause of the VDIMM issue, and that they were receiving back the SFF case all scratched up. So Shuttle had posted a response that you could just request to send the defective piece only. Saves on shipping as well. :)
