Shuttle SX38P2 eSATA support?

Hi,
I was curious if anyone here has any experience using the eSATA on a Shuttle SX38P2 or other models? I am hoping someone can tell me if the eSATA on these builds support Port Multiplier to enable access to multiple HDDs simultaneously in an external enclosure. Thanks.
