Shuttle SN95G5v2 CPU support

Have a question. Im currently using a shuttle SN95G5v2 with an athlon 64 3500+. Looking to upgrade to an Opteron 165 dual core. On the shuttle website it says that I will not have power options with this processor.

Anyone run the opteron 165/170 in this shuttle system to verify it will work before I buy one??
