Shuttle SN95G5 -- JP2 Connector?

Can anyone explain to me the deal with the JP2 connector on the SN95G5? (ver. 3, don't know if it's the same on the first two versions)

I'm looking over the manual, and I see this JP2 mobo connector for a wireless keyboard and mouse -- just struck me as odd. :confused:
