got 1 of these shuttles with a 9800 pro with 512mb kingston ram with 120gb maxtor hdd and a wirelss network card with a floppy drive with a2800xp
now my idle temps with as3 is like 49c and under load 55-58c
also my +5v rail is like at 3.15 and +12 rail at 11.55 does this seems a lille high temps wise and voltage wise a lille low?

Seems about average with a Shuttle box, you have to remember that they run a bit hotter due to less internal space and heat builds up faster, especially with an AXP and 9800, both of which get very hot.

mmm i think i might try arctic silver 5 see if that drops the cpu temp by a few more degrees!

I have a similar setup:

sn45g
1700+ @ 10*200
9800 pro
512mb corsair
2 hdds

Idle temp around 45c
+5 at 4.97
+12 at 11.90

Using as5 with fan speed set to full.
