Shuttle Sn41 mobo, artifcating with 9800 pro, OH GOSH!

Ok, so like, fucking....ive got this goddamn motherboard, right, its like a Shuttle Sn41 or soem shit, ok? And so umm...i've got a Radeon 9800 Pro installed in it an dshit, and I get tons of asscocking artifacts as soon as I boot into Windows. Im like 'Jesus On a Jolly Rancher, what the fuck, God" I've read at some shitty websites that to fix this fucking problem, you have to increase the dicklicking AGP voltage to 1.55. If I go into the Bios for this shitstain of a motherboard, I see no option to do so, is there a Jews chance in a bank that i'll ever get this working?
 
i don't remember seeing it in my sn41.. i will check next time i restart my computer.. but i rarely do that.. i will try to remember to check later tonight.
