Thinking of buying a Shuttle SN21G5, but I was wondering, it only comes with a 250w psu. Is this enough power for an AMD 4400, evga 7950gt, DVD drive, 2GB ram, and a raptor? The 7950gt alone says it "needs" a 400w psu, and pairing that with one of the older 118w AMD procs... I don't even wanna think about it. I'm just wondering, will the 250w PSU hold up?

I would say maybe. I would consider upgrading to the 350w Shuttle PSU, it can power anything you can fit in a shuttle. Keep in mind the Shuttle PSUs are amazing and highly efficient, they can handle at least 2x the wattage stated.
