Ok when ever I boot up, it freezes just before testing memory.
It will say "Press Es" Instead of "Press ESC to skip"

It only happens when my printer is plugged in via USB to the front USB's. Today I saw the Press ES... I unplugged the USB cable and it un froze the bios and continued to load XP fine. I would just like to know why is it doing this? Perhaps something in my bios? I'm going to try to disable USB devices I don't use on boot up. That's all I can think.
 
Try alternating the BIOS settings for legacy support on USB devices. Also, if your printer has a card reader, it may be trying to boot from those instead of your internal HDD.

Yes, it does have a built in card reader. I found out when I plugged in the printer in the bios it would freeze, and when I took it out, it would un freeze and even move the high lighted options in the bios I moved with the arrow keys. It came down to when I had an SD card in the reader, I had in the printer. Once, took it out it runs fine. It sorta sits on Press ES.... for a second, then contrinues fine.
