Shuttle SD37P2 new build. Suggestions?

I'm looking to build a new shuttle system this week with the following parts. Any of you input would be greatly appreciated. This is my first SSF build, is there anything special I should know?

- Shuttle SD37P2 Socket 775 Intel 975X Express + ICH7R Chipset Dual-Channel DDR2 533/667 7.1 High-Definition Audio Gigabit Lan Firewire PCI-Express Graphic Slots 400W PSU

- Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 2.4 GHz (1066MHz) 4MB L2 CacheSocket 775 Processor

- OCZ (OCZ26672048ELGEGXT-K) DDR2 PC2-5400 667MHz EL Gold Edition 2GB (2X1024MB) Dual Channel Kit

- 2 x Western Digital (WD3200KS) Caviar 320GB SATAII 7200RPM 16MB Buffer (OEM)

- LG GSA-H22L 18X/18X DVD-RW BLACK INTERNAL, BULK, SUPERMULTI + LIGHTSCRIBE

- Panasonic 1.44 Floppy Disk Drive (Black)

I'm going to use the BFG PCI-E 6800 ULTRA thats in my current rig now, until there are more DX 10 cards on the market. What do you guys think about this system? Any suggestions? Will everything fit in the shuttle?
 
Sounds very similar to my (to be) setup.

I'm using the same shuttle and cpu; the only difference is that i'm using Twin2X corsair (667, 2048mb) and a 8800GTS.

That setup you have should be fine, however I would recommend mounting both the hard drives in the top caddies to give a bit more air flow around the card as it will likely need it, esp if it's a 6800ultra.

I'm not too familar with the 6800's but as long it isn't 30cm in length you shouldn't have a problem putting it in. Just remember you CAN remove the heat shroud/duct if things are a little tight.
 
I built a fairly similar system, check my specs below. Everything's rock-solid stable. All of your components should fit, including the video card... in fact, some people are cramming 8800 GTX'es in this SFF case.

There's a rumor swirling about the SD39P2, it's exactly the same as this model except that it happens to have one PCI-E 16x slot and one regular PCI slot. The SD37P2 only has a pair of PCI-E 8x slots, meant for Crossfire, which to tell you the truth, isn't really realistic in a case of this size. The new Shuttle should be out later this month.

Gotta say that I'm pretty pleased with my build, I've even managed to overclock my C2D a bit and with the X1950 XT is a pretty decent gaming rig. It's whisper-quiet and runs like a dream compared to the 20th century monstrosity of rusted steel that was my old rig.
