Shuttle SD37P2 Crossfire Question

Is it absolutely impossible to implement a cooling solution that will allow using two X1900 in Crossfire mode ? How does one go about doing that ? Is it a much better idea to wait for a Crossfire mATX board to use with a SG-01. I've postponed my SFF dreams so far and I want my next upgrade to be a FF change so it should be worth my money. I am thinking about selling my Mobo, Case and PSU and getting one of these Shuttle's. The timing seems to be just about right because I will buy a new PSU and Mobo anyway so if I can make use of my X1900 CF in this Shuttle I will choose the Shuttle or it's back to Midi Towers.

The soon to be released ATI X1950 Pro is a single slot card and should be a great crossfire solution in an SD37P2.

The sad part is that I already invested in a X1900CF thinking the CF Edition will run out of stock quickly once the next gen arrives. I wish there was a single slot cooler that could cool an X1900XT then I could just buy an X1900XT and I'm all set to go. Just one more question, is the shuttle a good overclocker ? I'm not asking for 400 MHz, just enough to reach 4.0-4.2 GHz with my Pentium D 930 until I buy an E6600 or something. I can replace the cpu fan with a more powerful one or just do anything to improve airflow so I'm asking this just in terms of FSB, taking heat out of the question.

thank you :) , what do you reckon the chances of a good mATX board being released with Crossfire capabilities ? I can almost hear you typing 'none' :D

matx doesn't have but 4 expansion slots. so with crossfire you take them all pretty much. I would say it is more worthless and thus won't happen.

You run into too many problems with crossfire SFF

Looking for something like this? X1900 XT Crossfire...
