I plan to get a Shuttle SD37 and use my existing PCI-Express x16 card in the first x8 slot - can I use the second x8 slot for a storage controller or is it limited to video only?

Thanks.

No too sure about that second slot in the SD37, sorry. Just curious, but wouldn't you wait to get the SD39P2? It's pretty much the same thing as the SD37, but hase a single PCI-e 16x slot and 1 x PCI. It also has better OC options...not sure if thats somethign that interests you.

Sorry if I've repeated something you already know, but just wanted to mention the SD39. I was thinking of purchasing one, but decided to go with a Silverstone build.

Thanks. I wasn't aware of the SD39.

The problem with the SD39 is that it only has an x1 - I can't put a storage controller PCI-Express card into that.

I want two PCI-Express is a main one. I'm not to concerned (at all) with overclocking.

What Silverstone did you purchase? And why over the SD37?
