Shuttle SB86i + Iogear USB KVM problem

I have a SB86i and am trying to get a Iogear GCS712U KVM working with it. The KVM takes PS/2 keyboard/mouse and standard VGA as inputs and converts the PS/2 inputs to USB for two computers.
The problem I have is with VGA output of the Shuttle. I haven't been able to get the display working with the KVM connected. The USB conversion works fine.
This KVM works with all other PCs i've tried.

Has anyone else had a similar problem or does someone know of the solution.
My bios version is FB86IS0Z if that help.
So far, no response from Shuttle about the problem .

I have the same problem with my SB86i and a 8 port APC KVM, the display would just keep scrolling.

I have not found a solution. :(
