I have just built a small form factor pc using the Shuttle sb81p case ps and such a few weeks ago. I just ordered a 6800GT PCI-E card. I was wondering if anyone has had experience with the 6800 gt in this case and wether they think the 350 watt psu in the shuttle will handle the card (considering my experience with the ultra and an antec true 430 i have my doubts). And if anyone has any comments on the noise levels produced by this video card in a small form factor case.

I am running: p4 550 (3.4ghz @ 3.8ghz)
1GB-Corsair pc4400c25
1 WD 36gb raptor
1 Maxtor 300gb sata 16mb cache hd
1 Plextor px708a
and a few usb devices and the fans that come std in the case.

Anyone forsee any problems?
and any recomendations for water cooling solutions?

The PSU will have absolutely no problem with the card.

As for the noise level, it really depends on what brand of card it is. If the manufacturer stuck to nVidia's reference design, it shouldn't be too bad. If you've got a BFG though (as I do), their stupid-ass dual fan design will make it the loudest thing in your system.

I'm running an eVga 6800GT AGP model in my Shuttle SN95G5 socket 939. These shuttles only run a 240w PS, which has no problems with whatever you can stuff in the case. I believe ALL high end video cards, unless they use a passive/heatpipe cooler, will be the loudest thing in your Shuttle. On the AGP models (don't know about PCI-E), the video card sits right on the edge, which prevents you from using double slot sized cards/coolers unless you want to hack a huge hole in the side of your case.
