OK, so it wont turn on. I've tried everything outside the computer I can think of (I took the power cable from my workstation and plugged it into my SFF so I know its not the outlet or powercord). I've tried booting it w/o anything plugged in (cept for power or course) and nothing. Took out the HD/CDROM and still no go. Cleared the CMOS, still nothing. Anything else I'm missing? Short of pulling a PS out of another computer and testing that out, I'm stuck.

This is the second Shuttle SFF box I've had die on me in two years. The first was an SV 24 (P3, one of the first SFF boxes). Both functioned as webservers and were on 24/7/365, I think that contributed somewhat, but I'd expect it to last a lot longer than 600 days.
