Shuttle SA76G2 - CPU fan question...

Greetings folks,

About a year ago I put together an AMD Shuttle system for my girlfriend. I'm pretty sure it's the SA76G2, but may be mistaken. Regardless, it's almost the same model.

The fan was loud at first, but is just becoming too unbearable now. Does any one know how best to replace the fan and/or heatsink for this system? I wasn't sure if this requires any modification or is simple to do.

Thanks for the help!

I replaced the fan of the ICE system on my G5 case with the fan from a standard boxed Intel Core 2 Duo/Quad cooler, it clips onto the heatsink with the shroud removed. I don't know if the G2 cooler is the same as the G5 cooler though.

Awesome thanks! I've actually got this very same fan from my e6600 haha. I'll give it a shot. I didn't even think of this before!
