Just wondering if I should go with the Model SN85G4V2 (754) or spend extra money and get the SN95G5 which is a socket 939.

I want to run either a 3400 socket 939 or a 3400 socket 754 w/ 1 Gig of PC3200.

How big will the performance difference be between these two models?
