I want to build a SFF for lans and traveling. Laptops just wont cut it for the money. So, I want to power a 96-9800 pro with the psu. Now ATI recommends 350W but I dont see one available that big. Are these rigs low power enough to run the 250w one. Or is there an upgrade i dont see.

People quite often put high end cards in shuttle's. The PSU's they employ are really good, and they also limit the amount of other stuff that can go in by their size.

Remember, those little Shuttle PSUs are powering only one PCI slot and usually one hard drive, maybe two maximum. One optical drive, and only one real case fan. A lot of the Shuttle PSUs lately are pretty efficient too.
