Shuttle PSU question

A regualr shuttle coems with a 200W PSU, and i know that for soem of the systems peopel are runnign that 200W isn't nearly enough. Is there a better PSu, or doi you guys fit regular ones in or what? Anyn feedback is appreciated.
 
You can purchase the 220W and even the 250W version. Look at excaliberpc or shuttle's website.
 
Go for a Shuttle with the 250watt p/s. It has two 40mm fans in a push-pull config rather than just the one overworked 40mm fan as in previous models, and it runs much quieter and cooler.
I've got one in my shuttle and it's running a 2 Drive RAID and an AIW-9800 pro + SB Audigy without complaint. I've even maxed the voltage on both CPU and RAM in my overclocking efforts. (2.4C@2.95)

In short. It seems capable of powering anything you can squeeze in there, and doing it quietly.
 
Any chance that 250w Shuttle PSU will fit in a Biostar IDEQ? I've been looking for more wattage for awhile without much luck, and that would be perfect if it fits.
 
The dimensions are 82mm(w) x 43mm(H) x 190mm(L).
It sits below the CDROM against the side on Shuttles. You could probably mount it in an iDEQ the same way.
It would really depend on whether you have 43mm to spare between the hardrive and the side panel.
