Shuttle power supply strong enough? 240w

Having owned 3 Shuttles myself, the latest one being a (2) SB75G2, SN95G2 running a A64 winchester 3500, X800XTpe, (2) 80gig WD HDDs, and a Liteon DVD r/w. Shuttle PSU's put out plenty of power for my setup, so yours will be just fine. And the thing about shuttles PSU's is, kinda hard to get anything else to fit without doing a little bit of modding, or make your PSU external, which defeats being an SFF imo.
 
The Shuttle PSUs are proprietary. The reason why they can handle so much hardware is because it is just that, a proprietary SFF power supply. It's only got one PCI slot to power, maximum two hard drives, a single optical drive, and not much else thanks to everything being onboard.
