Well I am probably just going to toss this system soon anyway, but until I get a replacement, any suggestions would be appreciated. Everyone loves a story with a post, so here is mine. I originally built my LAN comp:

loooong time ago to haul to LANs and tourneys. It made its debut at the Winter 2004 CPL BYOC for some fun between matches heh. It has served me fine (for the most part) since then. I no longer play competitive FPS games or go to many LANs, so now it serves as a home LAN PC for when I have some friends over. Recently it has been lagging a bit so I took pity on my friends and upped the ram to 1gig. Performance went up which is nice... but now the stupid thing overheats!
Nothing bad like random shutdowns, but I was cautious and set it to alert me at lower than (normally) critical temps. About 1/2 the time when we get into a game of WoW, CS:S, DoD:S, or AoE3 (oh it REALLY hates AoE3! No idea why.) the mobo alert starts going off and I have to have them shut it down for a bit. I did manage to improve the situation by taking off the case and pointing a fan at the system as well as setting the system fans to always run at max, but this is hardly ideal. I was going to put an extra case fan in but... honestly... I can't find a place to put one. Everything is so crammed in there already. I was worried about the 275 PSU, but as far as I can tell, that is not stressed.
Any tips would be appreciated. I am in the middle of an upgrade on my main system (video card and mobo down, CPU and ram to go!) so I don't really have the funds to dump on a computer that, for the most part, only gets used by friends on the weekends.
EDIT: I should have mentioned that nothing is OCd, that is why I put this post here rather than in the OC and cooling forum.
