I have a Seasonic S12 that has an on-off switch in the back. Is it ok to cut power to the PSU without turning the switch on the PSU to the off position first or should I turn off the power supply then cut power? Obviously the computer wont be powered on when I do this.

My computer is connected to a UPS that has an auto shutdown feature that I want to use but I don't want to have to reach in the back of the case and shut off the power supply each time.
