Shutdown in BIOS

Hi, just built my first rig (Intel E6600, ASUS P5W DH Deluxe). When I booted up for the first time, while in BIOS, for about 3-5 minutes the PC shutdown.

I restarted, and while in BIOS Setup Utilty, I went to "POWER". My CPU temp was in the high 80 to 90s and the shut down occurred again.

Any thoughts, thermal paste, improper heat sink install, bad CPU?

Any information would be gratly appreciated.

Thank You

Also... if the Heat Sink was new, make sure that the plastic cover isn't still attached. Sounds stupid... but it happens. Not that I know from experience or anything. LOL :D
