I have a PCP&C 850SSI. It's LOUD. And it's producing most of the noise out of my PC. I think it's an 80mm? What fans do you all recommend to replace the stock with something that doesn't sound like a turbo-jet?

Something with the same CFM rating but with less noise.

Or get a new power supply with a 120mm fan design.

if it has not always been that loud then you can spray some canned air into it. that will usually quiet it down again.

You could modify with a 80mm to 120mm fan adaptor, that would allow a lot of choice when selecting a fan. I had done that for a good couple of years with my old 510w SLI PC P&C supply, and it worked like a charm.
