I don't think you really want this. 7400W power consumption...that's nearly 62 amps at 120V...or 31 amps at 240V. That's a crapload of power consumption for something that's probably going to perform on par with a low end P4.
 
I'd have a Cray supercomputer in my basement, though. :)
About $250/mo; runs on 220.
About the floating point peformance of a P4 3.2C according to the other thread; 3.2 GFLOPS (not the 7.4 mentioned in the thread, somebody got confused with the number for power consumption)vs. 7.2 for a pair of the 3.2s.
