Should these settings be enabled or disabled?

Hi guys I have an A64 3000 and MSI NEO2 Platinum with a fresh from RMA 9800 Pro. I was wondering if SideBand Adressing, Fastwrites, and/or system bios cacheable should be enabled or disabled for best overall performance. .

SBA and Fastwrites should be enabled, on my rigs I disable caching.

Fastwrites can cause problems on some systems. Thats a YMMV situation.
