I can buy a sapphire 9800 (flashed to a pro and overclocked to 430/770 mhz) for 230 euros from a guy.
(considering a sapphire 9800 pro costs 330 euros new here)

It has 3.3 ns ram which makes me wonder how the hell it clocked so high  .

Also would this be a good upgrade from a stock gf 4200 ?

(for games like ut2k4, painkiller , battlefield vietnam , splinter cell PT,......)

Get the 9800pro and overclock it to 9800xt speeds you can even flash it to a true 9800xt. 9800Pro are getting soo cheap nowadays you can prolly find one under $230

Look where im from -----> Belgium (shitcountry numero 1)

Cheapest 9800 pro comes in around 330 euros.

erm, I would question that o/c situation. How far are you from the border? Perhaps a visit to a neighboring country could improve your video card selection... say like Germany?

Thats the samsung ram, thats right in the ballpark for overclocks with. I would buy that card immediatley :D
