Is it worth to upgrade from a Pentium 4 3.4C Northwood 800MHz FSB Socket 478
to a Intel Core 2 Duo E6600?

If it is worth it, like what would be the difference , huge or some what alright?
 
The difference is great and it has two of the great differences (2 cores)

If you can afford it then go for it , Its amazingly fast.
