Should I upgrade or not?

[StangMan04]

I currently use a Dell 2005FPW monitor. I mainly use this for gaming.

Would I benefit from either of these? I am leaning towards the ASUS since it is on sale and I don't really think I need a 27'' monitor. I kinda wanted a 24'' preferably, but haven't found a good deal on a good brand.
