should i trade?

just wondering if you guys thought i should make this deal:

on another local forum, i threw up my 9800 pro in sig for $115. a guy made an offer to either trade me his 3 week old 939 3200+ or offered $100.

the motherboard in my sig is FUBAR, and there's no point in buying a new AGP graphics card, so i have a dilemma. if i get the processor, i will need to buy a new heatsink, (not sure if it'd oc it, is it a good oc'er?) a new motherboard, and a new graphics card. the total for that would come out somewhere around $400 after the trade. i've been thinking about upgrading to this:

7800gt
3800+ X2
some asus motherboard?

should i jump on it?

i'd say $100 is good for a used 9800pro. you could ask him what week and stepping the processor is and then see if it ocs well. you may not even need an X2, if you're just gaming you don't really... yet! having one for when games do support it would be useful though. I'd say which ever you prefer.

The 3200+ is probably good for 2.5-2.6 if it's an E6 Venice. 3 weeks old, it should be a Venice. It should be able to hold you over till M2. Or you could go w/ your idea
