Should I return it?

After reading all the hype on the 930sb I decided to purchase it as my monitor. I ordered it from the only place that seems to carry it anymore, nm-select.com. Unfortunately, they only sell refurbished 930sb monitors. So I ordered one, and this is what I got.

Pretty bad, right? You would think they would atleast clean the monitor before they shipped it to you.. "Ok, no problem i'll just wipe it off" and so I did, got most of it off (I can still see a little of it)

Now this isn't so much of a big deal, it is refurbished afterall. But now today I turned on the monitor and it started making this weird high-pitched sound. Eventually it stopped, but now the monitor makes a weird "pang" sound every once in a while, kind of like when you degauss, only it sounds almost like a snap.

And one more thing, I can see myself sometimes when i'm playing a game, and it's really creepy. I'm afraid that the stuff I wiped off was the anti-glare coating.

So is all of this normal behaviour for a monitor? Or should I return this thing and have to pay 40.00$ or so for shipping (I really hope they don't make me..)

And heres a quick review of the monitor so I can contribute something. Color and picture wise this monitor is better than any LCD/CRT i've seen in stores, or anywhere else. The difference is undeniable. The resolutions are very nice, but I wouldn't go over 1280X960 because the picture quality begins to degrade. The only gripe I have (other than my monitor being shipped in teribble condition) is that the text really can be blurry sometimes. It seems like it depends on the background that the text is on because right now it isn't blurry at all. /end bad review

Thanks :)

No no, that is the flash from my camera, I turned it on so that it would show the weird smudges. Should it not reflect the flash from my camera?
