Should I replace my HDD?

Ever since I've built my computer around November of last year, my HDD has been making some kind of grinding noise when I turn on my computer. It's been working fine until the past week. Now it's given me a Boot Disk Failure when I start up my rig about 3 times already.

Should I just go ahead a replace it? I've already backed up my install files I've gotten off the internet and my game saves and such just in case it decides to randomly die on me.

It's an OEM, so I know I can't return it. It's a Seagate 320GB Sata drive.

You can still RMA the drive, almost certainly. Check your status here and then start an RMA here.
