should i overclock?

i have a 3200 (dual core. one was disabled) with a 7700alcu. it idles at 38. can i still oc?
 
you need to tell us more, what core is the cpu? motherboard? ram? ambient temps? ect ect. list everything in your rig except silly things like drives, monitor, etc :p
 
i havnt let my 2500+ run under 2.0ghz and i've had it for a couple-a few years. so my answer:fasho
