I just ordered a 260 and I have a few questions.

1. Should I keep my 8800gt and use it as physics card? The reason I ask is my board (asus p5k/epu) has two pcie slots, but according to the manual only 1 runs at 16, and the other runs at 4. So obviously the 260 will go in the 16x slot, leaving the 4x slot available for the 8800gt. Will this limit the the ability of the 8800gt to work as a physics card?

2. My psu is an antec neopower 430 watt. Will that be enough to handle both cards and the rest of the stuff in my rig? (sig)

Thanks!

Unless you plan on spending a lot of time playing a game that you know for a fact this will give you a big performance or play experience boost in, I would say sell the 8800 and halve your upgrade cost.

In short, no.

Oh and I don't think it would be advisable with that PSU anyway.

you're way better off just running physx off the 260 anyway, considering most physx games currently available won't be taxing the card at your resolution, and i doubt the 8800gt would do much to improve physx performance over your card by itself.
