Should I get the lower batch Q6600?

Would you recommended getting the lower batch Q6600? Right now I have the option of either picking the up a L740B or the L745A batch...

From my research so far, it seems that the L745A has a better chance of getting a lower VID than the L740B but I don't know...

Could someone also tell me what does the letter stand for? Why are some batches A and some B?

as long as its a G0, you'll be able to oc it to what your current rig is at.

Any particular reason why you're looking for a lower vid?
