I currently have the Asus P5B-E rev1.01G.

I'm thinking about getting it RMA'ed at a local store (they seem ok with it), but I will be charged 15% restocking fee... so I will be losing about $23 if I do that.

I'm wondering if it was worth it to change up to the P5B Deluxe? It will be about $55 more for the deluxe (with restocking fee already included).

The reason why I'm concidering this is because the P5B-E can only use a max of 2.1v for ddr2. A lot of the faster ram is 2.2 or higher, and especially with overclocking, I think it'd be good to have the extra voltage? and I'm really hoping to be able to use the Corsair 8500C5Ds...

Anyone have opinions on this? Keep in mind, I'm planning to do some heavy OCing with the E6300 C2D.
