Hello :),i will be changing my power supply that i have had for 3 years and i've been looking at many options i have. I ended up to the XFX ProSeries 650w core edition full wired for 80 euros(+shipping).

My current specs are:
i5 3570k 4.0GHz(will probably add a cooler and oc further)
Nvidia GTX 770 1333/1920
8GB RAM 1866MHz Corsair
Z77 Extreme4 Asrock
1 HDD and 6 fans(will add another hdd and an ssd)

Is this power supply good and should i buy it?

Yes - buy it - all XFX PSUs are made by Seasonic and amongst the best that you can buy.
 
Why are you swapping out a three year-old PSU? You shouldn't need to. Is there something wrong with it or some perceived shortcoming? Also, the PSU linked and what you describe don't match.

Your current system's total power use will likely never top much more than 300 W, so keep that in mind when PSU shopping. Try to stick to the 4-500 W range, and get at least an 80+ gold-rated unit. I also like Seasonic, FWIW.
